  • I'd like to buy something from the HDI Store. How can I do this ?

    At the moment, only registered HDI Enterprisers with a valid Enterpriser ID can make a purchase from our HDI Store. If you would like to buy something, you may first register as a HDI Enterpriser. Please contact us and we will assist with the registration process. Once that is completed, you'll receive an Enterpriser ID. You will need to log in the HDI ONE Enterpriser Portal via www.hdione.com to create an account with a password. After this, you can start shopping at the HDI Store with your Enterprisers ID and the same password.

  • I'm a registered HDI Enterpriser, how do I start shopping at the HDI Store ?

    You can start shopping at the HDI Store using your Enterpriser ID (eg. I0123456A) and the same password that you are using to log in the HDI ONE Enterpriser Portal.

  • I am a registered HDI Enterpriser but don't have a HDI One password yet

    Visit HDI One at www.hdione.com and access the Enterpriser log-in page.

    If you are logging in for the first time, please go to the lower portion of the login screen and go to "For first time log in, please click here to request password".

    If you have forgotten your password, please go to the lower portion of the login screen and go to "Forgot your password?" and then "Click here to reset your password".

  • Will I get the Business Value (BV) / Business Points (BP) when purchasing products from the HDI store ?

    Yes, you will get the same BV/BP when purchasing products from the HDI store as you would if you were making an offline purchase.

  • Can my order be delivered to a different address other than my registered address ?

    Yes, you can fill in your preferred shipping address for each order placed on the HDI Store.

  • Who will handle the product delivery ?

    You will be presented with the available delivery options at the checkout page.

  • How long does the delivery take ?

    Once we receive your order, we will pack and ship your order within 2 working days. The speed of delivery will depend on your shipping address and the delivery option you have chosen at checkout.

  • Can I purchase on behalf of my downline ?

    Yes, you can. Just input your downline's Enterpriser ID on the product purchase page.

  • Can I purchase the EASI Starter packages from the HDI Store ?

    Yes, you can.

  • Will the Business Value (BV) / Business Points (BP) of my purchases from the HDI Store be shown on HDI One ?

    Yes. The BV/BP of your purchases from the HDI Store will be visible on HDI One within 24 hours of your transaction.

  • Can I cancel my purchase transaction ?

    Unfortunately, transactions cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.
